A Lean organization is a learning organization, which grows in spirals of increasing knowledge, using the four step management method, Deming’s PDSA cycle (plan-do-study-act).

This training and certification is designed for business professionals who desire a strong foundation in Lean Enterprise . This course will teach you how to successfully manage Lean projects, increase efficiency, and implement and apply a wide range of Lean tools within your organizations.

This course is geared towards people who are in the workforce, people involved with project management, and more for mature people who are already working and looking to complement their abilities, and as such, will appropriately be delivered on the weekend to accommodate the target audience’s schedule.

Tuition fee: $1,950 per student

At the end of the course you will be granted a Certificate of Training by Centennial College and Lean Six Sigma Canada.

Students willing to become Green Belt certified by Lean Six Sigma Canada will need to submit a project and pass the GB exam. The fee for the project review and the GB exam is $350 per student.
